Introducing a new weight loss programme in Nelson

Following a successful trial group, I have started a weight loss programme.

The plan is to lose 5kg in 8 weeks, and is suitable for anyone.

For example:

  • You need to shape up for the summer.
  • You are an athlete who wants to lose a few kilos to improve your speed on the road or around the paddock.
  • You’ve put on weight after having children that you haven’t got rid of.
  • General middle aged spread.
Programme will include:
  • Meeting and weigh-in once a week.
  • Emails and texts from me to keep you on track.
  • Myths busted!!
  • What you need to avoid!!
  • One free training session with me.
  • Support and motivation from the group environment.

But most of all you get me!
