Introducing a new weight loss programme in Nelson
Following a successful trial group, I have started a weight loss programme.
The plan is to lose 5kg in 8 weeks, and is suitable for anyone.
For example:
- You need to shape up for the summer.
- You are an athlete who wants to lose a few kilos to improve your speed on the road or around the paddock.
- You’ve put on weight after having children that you haven’t got rid of.
- General middle aged spread.
Programme will include:
- Meeting and weigh-in once a week.
- Emails and texts from me to keep you on track.
- Myths busted!!
- What you need to avoid!!
- One free training session with me.
- Support and motivation from the group environment.
But most of all you get me!
